Multi-Cookers · spec comparison
Breville Fast Slow Pro Multicooker (6 qt)7.6 The most adjustable pressure control here with excellent feedback on the display, undercut by an awkward hinged lid and a premium price. 6 qt 1,100 W 6 Breville makes no N-in-1 claim; counts its listed modes: pressure, slow cook, reduce, sear, saute, steam.Yes No Ceramic nonstick
CHEF iQ Smart Cooker (iQ Cooker), 6 qt, with built-in scale7.9 The built-in scale and guided app genuinely help beginners, but first-time setup is slow and slow-cooked results were mixed in testing. 6 qt 1,000 W 10 10-in-1 per the maker's Amazon listing; CHEF iQ's own site now lists 7 cooking functions.Yes No Nonstick
Cosori 6.0-Quart Pressure Cooker (9-in-1)8.4 America's Test Kitchen's best buy and a rare model that slow cooks as well as it pressure cooks, held back only by a coating that will eventually wear. 6 qt 1,100 W 9 Yes No Ceramic nonstick
Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker, 6 Quart7.9 The proven default with an enormous track record, strong pressure cooking and searing, but busy controls and slow cooking that underdelivers. 6 qt 1,000 W 7 Yes No Stainless steel
Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker, 8 Quart7.8 Same reliable Duo with the headroom batch cooks want and a power bump to 1,200 W, though it inherits the Duo's weak slow cooking. 8 qt 1,200 W 7 Yes No Stainless steel
Instant Pot Duo Crisp 11-in-1 Air Fryer and Electric Pressure Cooker, 8 Quart7.8 Family-sized and easy to clean with a hugely popular track record, but the air-fry basket is small, fries came out soft and two lids eat cabinet space. 8 qt Best in column 1,500 W 11 Yes Yes Stainless steel
Instant Pot Duo Plus 9-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker, 6 Quart8.6 The benchmark done right: same proven pot as the Duo, plus sous vide, a safer steam-release switch and a readable display, at a basic-model price. 6 qt 1,000 W 9 Yes No Stainless steel
Instant Pot Pro 10-in-1 Pressure Cooker, 6 Quart8.2 The best-built 6-quart Instant Pot, with a handled stainless pot and more power for searing, though the crowded control panel takes some learning. 6 qt 1,200 W 10 Yes No Stainless steel
Instant Pot Pro Crisp 11-in-1 Air Fryer and Electric Pressure Cooker, 8 Quart8.1 The most capable air-frying pressure cooker you can still buy, pairing a handled stainless pot with a crisping lid, at the cost of storing two lids. 8 qt Best in column 1,500 W 11 Yes Yes Stainless steel
Instant Pot Pro Plus Wi-Fi Smart 10-in-1 Pressure Cooker, 6 Quart7.4 Pro hardware with a useful remote-start app, but you pay extra for Wi-Fi and lose any manual steam release, and the auto release is loud. 6 qt 1,200 W 10 Yes No Stainless steel
Instant Pot Rio 7-in-1 Electric Multi-Cooker, 6 Quart7.7 A cheaper, simpler successor to the Duo that pressure cooks well, but its saute is weak, the pot has no handles and the icon-only controls take guessing. 6 qt 1,000 W 7 Yes No Stainless steel
Midea 12-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker, 6 Quarts5.9 The big function count hides a clumsy menu-cycling interface, and reports of cracked pots and early failures outweigh its low price. 6 qt 1,000 W Best in column 12 Yes No Stainless steel
Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker PRO 8.5-Quart Multi-Cooker7.5 A top-rated big slow cooker that also sears and steams in one pot, but it cannot pressure cook, which is what most multi-cooker buyers want.Best in column 8.5 qt 1,200 W Ninja's own spec; Amazon's spec table lists a lower figure. 8 No Slow cooker style multi-cooker; it does not pressure cook.No Nonstick
Ninja HyperHeat 9-in-1 6.5-qt Pressure Cooker7.2 Promising new design with a serve-from ceramic pot, but its faster-pressure claim is untested and it has a short review history so far. 6.5 qt 1,200 W 9 Yes No Ceramic nonstick
Our Place Dream Cooker, 6 qt5.2 Handsome and good at searing, but only four modes, poor slow cooking, a dim display and a quick release you must hold make it the weakest cooker here. 6 qt 1,200 W 4 Our Place lists four modes: pressure cook, slow cook, saute/sear and keep warm.Yes No Ceramic nonstick
Presto 6-Quart Programmable Electric Pressure Cooker Plus6.4 Simple and fairly priced from a long-running pressure-cooker brand, but it has a thin feature set, mixed durability reports and no lab testing. 6 qt 1,005 W 5 Presto makes no N-in-1 claim; counts pressure, slow cook, brown, saute and keep warm.Yes No Ceramic nonstick
How the AI score works, and who wrote it

A language model rated these, not a test lab. Every score from 1 to 10 is an AI assessment of how good the product is against the other 16 in this comparison, formed from the specifications we verified plus the published lab reviews and owner reception found while researching each one. Nobody at Slopsheets listened to, wore or plugged in any of it.

It weighs the things a spec table cannot show: how a product is actually reviewed, how well the software works, build quality, and what you get for the money. That is deliberate. An earlier version of this column was pure arithmetic on the table and it ranked a bundle of cheap boxes above a class-leading single unit, because counting hardware is not the same as judging it.

Treat it as an informed starting point and read the sourced comparison, not as a verdict. The score is relative to this comparison only, so it means nothing across categories, and it carries no price, star rating or review count. Every specification behind it is sourced and checked; the score on top of them is opinion.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the cooking functions number come from?

It is the maker's own N-in-1 claim. Where a brand makes no such claim (Breville, Presto, Our Place) we count the cooking modes it lists, and the row note says so. Treat it as a ceiling: presets are cheap to add and not all of them are equally good.

Is a stainless or a nonstick inner pot better?

Stainless browns meat better, survives metal utensils and never needs replacing, but rice and sauces can stick. Ceramic or conventional nonstick wipes clean easily but the coating wears over time, so check that the maker sells replacement pots.

Does a higher wattage cook food faster?

A little. Extra watts mainly shorten the climb to pressure and make the saute setting sear harder. The cook time once at pressure is set by the recipe, not the wattage, and the 1,500 W rows spend most of that power on air frying.

Why is there a row that can't pressure cook?

Some cookers sold as multi-cookers are really upgraded slow cookers that sear, steam and bake but never seal under pressure. They stay in the table because people shop them side by side; filter the pressure column to hide them.

What does the AI score weigh?

It is a model's judgment drawn from published reviews: how well each cooker pressure and slow cooks in testing, control design, reliability reports and value against the rest of this table. It is not hands-on testing and isn't a sum of the spec columns.
